We all have our theories about why it took so long for the Bush Administration to respond to Hurricane Katrina. I personally think he was weeding out those whom are less fortunate, or perhaps Bush is just a good old fashion racist. I'm not sure, but without getting too political , our dear friend had another thought and well, it makes more sense then my theory.
